How do I shop?

STEP 1- ORDER / INQUIRY

STEP 2 - CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving your order, you will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order.

STEP 3 - PAYMENT
Kindly bank in the amount due in 48 hours. Email the bank transfer receipt over. Work will only commence upon receiving full payment.

STEP 4 - DELIVERY
Currently, all items are made to order. Thus, depending the complexity/volume/queue, it will be ready within 7 days to 4 weeks from date of payment and will be delivered to your doorstep with preferred postage. A tracking no. will be furnished once posted, you may track it via here.

Terms & Conditions

1) All products are 100% new and handmade.

2) Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3) The price quoted do not include postage charges. All postage charges to be paid by the buyer.

4) The seller will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

5) The colours of product may have slight difference due to individual's monitor screen's colour calibration, lighting etc.

6) All particulars provided will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

7) The seller reserves the rights to make changes on the site, including terms & conditions at any point of time without prior notice.
